Referring Toyota Production System (TPS) for continuous study and improve manufacturing process. Modern production management and control are carried out in "reverse pulling" mode. 1.Q: Are you trading company or manufacture?

A: We are professional manufacture of apparatus for laboratory and pilot plants. We can customize according clients’ requirements.

2.Q: Where is your factory?

A: Our factory located in Huaqiao Industry zone of Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province.

3.Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally our delivery time is within 10 working days. Gioglass occupies 2000㎡ production base, is able to guarantee our quality and fast delivery to users. Genuine products are assured from factory direct sale.

4.Q: What are your MOQ and your payment term?

A: Our MOQ is 1 set. While the value less than 15,000USD, 100% prepayment. While the value more than 15,000 USD, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipping.

5.Q: What is your package?

A: Sufficient inner protection with different materials, including bubble bag, foam board and foam grain. Then pack into plywood boxes or cartons for different products.

6.Q: How to install the apparatus and how to operate?

A: All of our apparatus are designed by simplicity assembly. The critical parts will be fixed in our plant and the whole equipment is debugged and tested before transportation.

7.Q: If we are not sure about the apparatus working and the effectiveness, how can we do?

A: We have our own laboratory room in our factory. Customer can bring material to our company to do field experiment on instruments. The actual test results verify the effectiveness of the equipment operation.
